Paid upgrades are currently arranged with support. Contact us and we will confirm any cancellation or plan change before it takes effect.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free plan never requires a card.
What currency will I be charged in?
Paid plan prices and charges are in USD. ExportPilot uses one billing currency and does not publish localized price estimates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Contact support to request a plan change; self-serve proration is not available at launch.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts start on the Free plan, which stays free with no card. A Starter trial is not provisioned automatically — during the controlled pilot, ask us and we can grant one on your account.
