Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ExportPilot (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use ExportPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ExportPilot is a software platform that helps exporters discover potential buyers, manage a CRM pipeline, prepare outreach, generate invoices and export documents, and use related business tools from one workspace.

• Buyer discovery surfaces public company and contact information from the web; it is a research aid, not a guarantee that any contact is accurate, current, or interested.
• Email outreach is sent through your own connected Gmail / Google Workspace mailbox. ExportPilot does not send email as ExportPilot on your behalf.
• ExportPilot does not guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, open rates, replies, or sales outcomes.
• WhatsApp steps open a wa.me hand-off in your own WhatsApp. ExportPilot validates only the format of a phone number — it does not verify that a number is registered on WhatsApp, and it does not send or confirm delivery of WhatsApp messages.
• AI-generated content (email drafts, briefs, summaries, translations, and similar output) is provided to assist you and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for any users you allow to access your workspace.

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled.
• Card payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to a free or inactive state.
• Prices and plan features may change. We will give notice of material pricing changes before they take effect for your next renewal.
• Refunds, where offered, are handled in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law. For any billing question or refund request, contact exportpilotcrm@gmail.com.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription that are not collected on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send, the contacts you send them to, and your compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach — including the laws of the country where each recipient is located.

• You must have a lawful basis to contact the people and businesses you reach out to, and you must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests.
• You must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, which may include CAN-SPAM (United States), GDPR and PECR (United Kingdom and European Union), CASL (Canada), and equivalent laws elsewhere.
• You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or malicious content, or to send to lists you obtained unlawfully.
• You must not misuse the Service — for example by attempting to bypass sending safety limits, probing or attacking the platform, scraping in violation of a site's terms, or reselling the Service without authorization.
• ExportPilot provides safety controls such as manual review, required unsubscribe handling, and daily sending limits, but these do not transfer legal responsibility for your outreach away from you.

• You own the workspace data you create or import, including your CRM leads, templates, invoices, documents, and settings.
• You grant ExportPilot a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your data only as needed to operate and support the Service for you.
• How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any personal data about third parties that you put into the Service.

• ExportPilot, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by ExportPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is in good standing.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
• Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver certain features. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms, and their availability is outside our control.

• Paddle for card payments and subscription billing.
• Supabase for database, storage, and authentication.
• Google (Gmail API) for sending email through your own connected account.
• Web search and contact-discovery providers used for buyer discovery.
• DeepSeek and similar AI providers used to generate drafts, briefs, and summaries.
• Error and performance monitoring used to keep the Service reliable.

The Service uses AI to generate content such as email drafts, buyer or country briefs, summaries, and translations. This output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

AI output is not legal, tax, tariff, customs, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before you rely on or send it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that discovered contact data will be accurate, or that your outreach will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExportPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ExportPilot harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your outreach and content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or create risk for the platform or other users.
• On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain or delete workspace data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — will survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and notify registered users.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
